At The Curated Lobe, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced earrings may be subject to inspection before a refund is finalized.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it within a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
